Vojvodina is called the cradle of the Balkan’s theatre-life, mostly due to its rich and colourful traditions. The various cultures here strengthen each other: the theatre of Serbs, Hungarians, Germans, Croats, Roumanians, Slovaks has developed paralelly. The multinational culture of Vojvodina has centuries of tradition. Free of charge.

Michal Mráka arrived on 20. October in Eger, and now he tells us after a week in pictures, how he sees us.
During the 2 years of the Quartet-project allways another photograph shoots a series about the host town – in March 2010. an artist from Eger will make pictures of Nantes in France.

The Galerie 4 of Cheb was established 25 years ago. The galerie organizes international events besides exhibitions: the most important of them is the KontAKTfoto-series, which is issued yearly in Františkové Lázně.
The exhibition in Eger is a selection of the 12 seasons of the International act workshop. The sensibility and lyric of the human body is in the centre of the exhibition. Free of charge.

We wonder in front of the slowly opening, hidden pictures of Joly: condensed broken-world-pictures, fragmentary-wholes. The things on the pictures seem to be material, and the same things seem to be spiritual a moment later. Free of charge.
