During the 2 years of Quartet the 4 theatres are working on an experimental, common production. During the 4 festival-sessions, and in 1-1 week in the summer of 2009 and 2010, serbian, czech, hungarian and french actors, dramaturgs, directors meet to look for theatrical answers to the question: is it possible to make theatre without a common spoken language? The result of the rehearsals will be presented on the BITEF international theatre festival of Belgrade in September 2010. – but during every Quartet festival-edition the audience can visit an open rehearsal of the project.
